Parent/Guardian Survey

As part of our continuous efforts to assess and improve Sedgwick's school climate, we are conducting a school climate survey. The CT School Climate survey is designed by the CT Department of Education and is intended to solicit parent feedback about the climate of our school. This survey is being sent to all parents in each school throughout the district, though some questions/answers are more appropriate for the middle and high school level rather than the elementary level. We are also surveying students and staff in grades 6, 7 and 8 here at Sedgwick.

This electronic survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes and will remain open until Friday, May 9thThe following survey link is provided for your convenience:

It remains our goal to provide a safe, positive and nurturing school environment for all of our children. Your input is important to us.

Thank you in advance for your assistance and participation.
